Arts, Culture & Fun: Rooftop Painting Workshop

Join artist Amy Digi for an outdoor painting workshop at sunset, hosted in partnership with the Art Students League’s Seeds of the League program!

Participants will learn how to paint from observation, plus basics about materials, color mixing and composition.  You'll get to take home your painting! Supplies are provided for you.  No experience is necessary. 

Amy Digi is a United States Coast Guard Artist and is included in their permanent collection. She is also an artist in the prestigious Art in Embassies Program. Amy studied at the League and received her MFA from Lehman College and BFA from Pratt Institute. She exhibits prolifically in the New York area.

NYC Parks' Arts, Culture & Fun series offers a variety of cultural events, including, book signings, film screenings, art making workshops, dance, concerts, historical talks, food tastings and popular culture.  All events are free and open to the public.
