Heavy ice and snow can cause hazardous conditions in parks, including falling branches and treacherous frozen park paths. NYC Parks advises New Yorkers to avoid using parks until Wednesday morning, when we will provide an update on park conditions.

Create tissue paper flowers to decorate a plastic watering can to take home.

Give the decorative bouquet as a gift, or use the can to "shower" the flowers that grow outside.

This program is suitable for ages 6 and up. Registration limited to 18 participants.
