Nia Technique is a high powered, energizing workout that has been changing bodies and lives for over 30 years. Join Kevin VerEcke and Jayne Milo for this speciality class combining 52 moves of Nia interval training for greater strength, flexibility, mobility, agility and stability, followed by a classic Nia class experience. This class is accessible to beginners and highly fit athletes alike, with a choice of three intensity levels in every class. Move to a variety of world music, shifting from martial arts, dance and yoga inspired movements. Both Kevin and Jayne are on the Nia teaching faculty with 25 years combined NYC experience. Kevin co-created Move I.T. and Athletic Nia.
