Shape Up NYC: Pilates

This event repeats every week on Friday between 11/8/2013 and 5/30/2014.
Join us for an introductory class to the Pilates method. These conditioning exercises can create length in the body, and improve flexibility and strength.
Please bring your own mat. The class is open to adults and seniors and no registration is required. Events subject to change.
