Heavy ice and snow can cause hazardous conditions in parks, including falling branches and treacherous frozen park paths. Free Tree Giveaway in Soundview Park

Friends of Soundview Park and New York Restoration Project will host a free tree giveaway in Soundview Park.

You can pre-register for one tree. If you want more than one tree, please arrive around 12:30 p.m. for your choice of remaining trees.

Trees available for giveaway: Eastern Redbud, American Hornbeam, Black Cherry, and Serviceberry.
