Come celebrate Brooklyn’s rich farming history with a day of cowboys, pony rides, storytelling, face painting, art, cider pressing, sukkah building, music, food, crafts, and more. Learn about heritage seeds, hands-on composting, solar powered energy, hydroponic grow systems, natural dyeing, and colonial wampum and porcupine quillwork at New York City’s oldest house. Snap a photo in the Western Wagon Photo Booth or shake and groove with famed AfroBrazilian Samba Reggae Drummers from Batala NYC. Bring the whole family for a day of old fashioned games, traditional food cooked on the fire-pit, and down-home country fun!
