This event repeats every week on Sunday between 8/4/2013 and 8/25/2013.
This summer, take a moment to release stress and reconnect with your inner self while practicing meditation. Each session includes instruction in simple relaxation techniques followed by 20 minutes of meditation. Led by Yoga for Bliss director Neem Dewji and instructor and other qualified instructors. All levels welcome. Session fee: Member $15/Non-member $23. Registration opens onsite at 9:30 a.m.
