Hip to  Hip returns to Socrates for its seventh year of free Shakespeare.  Enjoy a tragedy one week and a comedy the next, performed in repertory by a professional troupe of actors. All performances are free and open to the public - fun for the whole family. Bring a blanket or low chair and picnic fare, and enjoy a Shakespeare play in the open air. 

The Tempest
Sunday, August 4 , 5 - 6:30 p.m.
The Hip to Hip Theatre Company will perform this classic, which combines romance and political thriller to tell the story of a duke who was deposed and exiled to a deserted island, where he became a mighty sorcerer.

Love's Labor Lost
Sunday, August 11, 5 - 6:30 p.m.
The Hip to HipTheatre Company will present this romantic comedy about the King of Navarre and three other men who take oaths to devote their lives to scholarship without the company of woman.
