Summer is the perfect time for yoga: de-stress, get strong and flexible, and have fun! This intermediate-level class is also suitable for those who want to deepen their practice in a steady, mindful approach. If the weather allows, we’ll practice outside.Taught by certified Anusara® yoga teacher Ann Casapini.

Five-class series. Class size limited to 12. All students are required to bring their own yoga mat. Registration and pre-payment required. Cost $90 for series; members $75.
