Volunteer with Natural Areas Volunteers (NAV) at Bronx River Park to help remove Invasives from the forest and wetlands. This work will help maintain the livelihood of the newly planted native trees and shrubs. Volunteers will be trained in invasive weed identification and removal techniques. Come dressed in sturdy boots or shoes, long pants and clothing that can get dirty. Please meet your NAV Tech Lead at the Corner of Burke Avenue and Bronx Park East. Space is limited. Registration is required for this event.
