Laurel Hill Terrace is a hidden gem in Highbridge Park; the elegant stone staircase offers spectacular views of the Harlem River and the Bronx and is surrounded by ornamental native plantings. Spend an afternoon at the Terrace controlling invasive plants and weeding in the surrounding garden beds.
