National Girls and Women in Sports Day (Bronx)

Join NYC Parks as we commemorate National Girls and Women in Sports Day around New York City.  National Girls and Women in Sports Day takes place annually, celebrating the achievements of female athletes and advocating for athletic opportunities for girls and women.  Parks is holding a day of FREE events in the Bronx.

Girls and young women are invited to athletic and health activities, including: sports clinics, fitness classes and keynote speakers from the world of sports.  Musical entertainment will be provided and prizes will be up for grabs!
