Are you up for a challenge? Come out and join the Natural Areas Volunteers (NAV) to plant live stakes of willow and dogwood shrubs. Get the chance to learn why the Bronx River ecosystem is so important! These live stakes will help to stabilize an eroding section of the river bank. Come dressed in sturdy boots or shoes, long pants and clothing that can get dirty. Please meet your NAV Tech lead at Burke Avenue and Bronx Park East.
