Join NYC Parks as we commemorate National Girls and Women in Sports Day around New York City. National Girls and Women in Sports Day takes place annually, celebrating the achievements of female athletes and advocating for athletic opportunities for girls and women. Parks is holding a day of FREE events in Queens.
Girls and young women are invited to enjoy athletic and health activities, including sports clinics and fitness demos. Meet special guest Destiny Vergara, youth karate champion! Take part in a raffle and win prizes!
