NYC Compost Project in Queens: Worm Bins Made Easy

This hands-on workshop teaches the essentials of indoor composting with worms, ideal for those who want to compost food scraps but do not have access to an outdoor space.  Learn great facts about red wiggler worms, how to set up a worm bin, and how to maintain the system effectively.

Registration is required. Email compost@queensbotanical.org or call 718-539-5296 to register.

Cost: $5 per person, or free for Grow to Learn registered school gardens.
 
Grow to Learn registered school gardens may request soil, compost, and lumber for spring delivery.
