During this busy holiday season, take a moment to breathe and reconnect with your inner self. Learn simple mediation techniques to train your mind to become more focused and aware. Each session includes instruction in simple techniques like watching the breath, mantra repetition, and awareness-training followed by twenty minutes of meditation. Led by Yoga for Bliss director Neem Dewji and instructor Lea Tenneriello. All levels welcomed.
