Escape from the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season for a special presentation of traditional carols performed on the violin by Henry Burby.  Henry will present an informal recital of carols from the East Parlor of Van Cortlandt House Museum.  Visitors can pull up a seat on one of our reproduction windsor chairs, on the floor, or on the main staircase of the house although space is limited.

Henry Burby has been attending VCHM's Adventures in Time Summer History Camp since 2002 and has graduated to the role of Junior Counselor.   There will be no tours of the house during Henry's performances.  If you wish to see the house, please plan to arrive by 2:00 p.m. so that you can enjoy the decorations before the recital begins.  Reservations are not required but seating is limited.

Admission to the program is by voluntary donation - we ask that you consciously consider what Van Cortlandt House and our programming means to you and give accordingly.
