Does the holiday season tend to stress you out? If so, enjoy a relaxing afternoon at the scenic and serene Greenbelt Nature Center while learning additional tips and practices to help you relax at home and elsewhere, such as aromatherapy, relaxing teas and herbs. Create a “natural spa” holiday gift for that special someone, or to pamper yourself when you get home. This program is suitable for adults ages 16 and up.
