A Senior Health and fitness fair co-sponsored by Columbia University. Fun and interactive activities related to health and wellness. Billiards, chess, ping pong tournaments, and yoga class. Food and music will be provided. Guests will also recieve inforamation about recreation center membership and will be able to register on the spot.
