Is our unusual weather part of a natural pattern, or are we experiencing a global change? Understanding our climate helps us prepare our city for a more sustainable future. Our Urban Park Rangers will introduce you to important scientific concepts that will help you prepare for the future.
We will delve deeply into everyday weather events including lightning and thunder, clouds and the water cycle, as well as hurricanes and extreme storms. All programs are lectures appropriate for all ages, featuring little or no walking.
