Robert Kyle Alagood, a Research Associate in the Liberty and National Security Program at the Brennan Center for Justice, will examine how new barriers to participation in voting, an ever-growing culture of government secrecy, and the emergence of a national security state have sparked a new debate over the very nature of American democracy.
