August 3 – Attack of the Killer Tomatoes! (1978)
David Miller, George Wilson
NAI Entertainment; Directed by John DeBello
Rated PG; 86 minutes

Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes can be called the world’s first "musical-disaster-comedy", and one of our most popular cult films. From the film’s opening scene, where an American housewife is confronted by a bloodthirsty tomato crawling out of her garbage disposal, to the surprise ending, Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes delivers music, action and offbeat comedy at a non-stop pace.
