Celebrate a taste of parks at the inaugural Staten Island Food Truck Festival! Food trucks will be offering their wares at Midland Beach all day, including the award-winning Red Hook Food Vendors, who will bring their quality Latin American delicacies to Staten Island for the first time! Get a taste of huaraches, pupusas, elotes, tortes, tacos, and other dishes both familiar and new—and enjoy a fun-filled, food-filled day at the beach!
