Boxing Basics

This class will use fun music to lead participants in shadow boxing moves to improve fitness and endurance; participants will learn basic punches (jabs, upper cuts, hooks) in combinations for a 45-minute class. At the end of the series, both classes will be combined for a total body workout class for an hour and 15 minutes. Class will be led by Hakeem Omolade.
Ropes will be provided and participants are encouraged to come ready to work out (workout clothes and sneakers).
