Inwood Hill Park is a fantastic location to study the geology and natural history of Manhattan. Take a hike up to the “Mica Schist” Indian Rock Shelters, the Clove, and Overlook Meadow to learn how the Wisconsin Glacier carved the Hudson Valley and shaped the landscape of New York City.
