Dyckman Street Stroll with Sidney Horenstein

With Sid Horenstein as your guide, take a stroll down Dyckman Street to the Hudson River and discover the geological history of the waterfront areas of Fort Washington and Inwood Hill Parks.  Learn about the Dyckman Fault and other notable geological artifacts.

Please wear comfortable shoes.  Part of the walk will be on unpaved surfaces so persons with mobility issues may encounter difficulties.

Sidney Horenstein is a geologist and Educator Emeritus at the American Museum of Natural History.  Whether you're a rock hound or simply curious about the  natural history of Northern Manhattan Parks, you're sure to find Sid's programs engaging.
