The Daffodil Project, a partnership of New Yorkers for Parks and the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation, is a living 9/11 memorial. Each fall hundreds of thousands of free daffodil bulbs, donated by B&K Flowerbulbs, are distributed to community groups who pledge to plant them in a public space. This coming spring four million daffodils will bloom across the city, thanks to this nine-year-old project which brings hope and revitalization to each borough.
Come learn about the project and how to get involved! Small bags of bulbs are available on a first-come, first-served basis, one bag per person to those who haven't already registered for bulbs
