On Columbus Day 1935, John D. Rockefeller, Jr. gifted a treasure to the people of New York City - Fort Tryon Park! This year marks the 75th anniversary of that precious gift. To celebrate, the Fort Tryon Park Trust is throwing a giant Homecoming Birthday Party.

Join old friends and new for fun, food, and festivities. Share memories and explore the Fort Tryon History Time Tents that house photos and memorabilia from the pre-park mansion era to current days.  The entertainment will include the Astrograss Band, the world-famous Swedish Cottage Marionette Theatre, Fort Tryon Park Birthday Cake, plus much more entertainment and fun stuff.  Food vendors will also be on hand with taste tempting treats.

More details will be available soon. In the meantime, save the date!
