The 8th annual My Dog Loves Central Park Country Fair returns to Central Park. Hosted by Central Park PAWS, a program of the Central Park Conservancy, the Fair celebrates the Park’s vibrant dog community and promotes good stewardship of New York City’s great green space.

Fair highlights include:

  • The popular Best in Park Competition, facilitated by Biscuits & Bath, puts pups tail to tail to see who displays the best canine behavior. Celebrity judges include Prince Lorenzo Borghese, founder of Royal Treatment Italian Pet Spa line of luxury dog products and former star of The Bachelor; and Wendy Diamond, a canine critic on the CBS reality show Greatest American Dog and founder and editor of Animal Fair magazine and website.
  • An Ask the Vet booth, with licensed veterinarians from Banfield, The Pet Hospital on hand to answer your questions.
  • A “pet tricks” casting call with crew from The Late Show with David Letterman.
  • A Dog Tales booth, where you can record your Central Park dog story.
  • Goodies and giveaways from sponsors PetSmart, Unleashed by PETCO™ and more.
  • For the first time, a Children’s Corner with activities for young dog-lovers.
  • On-stage entertainment featuring top dog trainers Parvene Farhoody, Stacy Alldredge and Gail Miller Bisher; and music, games and contests all day.
