Get your day off to a serene start with an hour of early morning Qi Gong (pronounced chi gong).

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese meditative practice that combines slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to promote the circulation of qi (life force) within the body and enhance overall health.

For eight Mondays, experienced Qi Gong instructor George Kormendi will guide you in this beneficial practice. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
