The Highland Park Junior Garden Club is a hands on program for children aged 7-12. The club teaches basic gardening skills, fosters park stewardship and team work. This fall, children will work on thier garden plot and learn about harvesting, nutrition, compost, bulbs and butterflies. A special field trip is also planned.
