TrackerID: A unique identifier for all capital projects.

FMS ID - Unique ID from the financial management system regarding the contract for this project.  If null, an FMS ID has not yet been assigned.

Title: The name of the project.

Summary: A description of the project.

CurrentPhase: The most recent phase of the project. Field values may be either "proposed," "plan," "design," "procurement," "design-procurement (when both phases are happening concurrently)," "construction," "canceled," or "completed." "Proposed" and "Plan" projects both appear under the proposed projects section on the Parks Capital Tracker.

Percent Complete: If the project is in design, procurement, or construction, this is the percent of the current phase that has been completed. Note: The percent complete relates to the current phase, not to the entire project.

DesignStart: The start date of the design phase.

DesignProjectedCompletion: The estimate of the completion date of the design phase, as measured at the beginning of the phase.

DesignAdjustedCompletion: The current best estimate of the completion of the design phase.

DesignActualCompletion: The completion date of the design phase.

ProcurementStart: The start date of the procurement phase.

ProcurementProjectedCompletion: The estimate of the completion date of the procurement phase, as measured at the beginning of the phase.

ProcurementAdjustedCompletion: The current best estimate of the completion of the procurement phase.

ProcurementActualCompletion: The completion date of the procurement phase.

ConstructionStart: The start date of the construction phase.

ConstructionProjectedCompletion: The estimate of the completion date of the construction phase, as measured at the beginning of the phase.

ConstructionAdjustedCompletion: The current best estimate of the completion of the construction phase.

ConstructionActualCompletion: The completion date of the construction phase.

TotalFunding: A measurement of the funding range of the project. In the design phase, the total funding displayed in the tracker is a range based on the scope of work of the project. In the procurement phase, the total funding amount displayed in the tracker is a range based on the engineer's estimate for the project. In the construction phase, the total funding amount displayed in the tracker is the funding registered with the Comptroller's Office.

ProjectLiaison:  The main contact for the capital project.

LastUpdated: The date the information in the project was last updated.

ProjectUpdate: The most recent status of the project.

Funding Sources: The source(s) that contributed funds to the capital project. Field values may be either "Mayor," "City Council," "Borough President," and Grant funding can be "Private," "State," or "Federal."

Location name: The boundaries of the park where the project is located.

Location ParkID: A unique identifier for the property. The first character is a abbreviation of the borough,
followed by a 3 digit number. Anything after the first 4 characters represents a subproperty.
