Classes include sun salutations with variations based on student level, a variety of strengthening and balancing poses, back-bends, forward bends, and inversions, and introduction to binding and partner poses. Basic techniques in pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation and included in each class. Focus is on proper alignment , and using breath to find a balance between effort and ease in each posture. Beginners as well as advanced practitioners are welcome.
