Get Healthy on The Hudson with Shape Up NYC for a summer of exercise and well-being. The Hudson River Park & Shape Up NYC will offer a weekly walking club at Hudson River Park’s Pier 84. Please meet by the Pier 84 fountain. Classes are limited to 75 people on a first-come, first-served basis. Classes are on Mondays, 11am-12pm ,from 6/6/16-8/15-16



Shape Up NYC: Walking Club

Monday: 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.

Get out to a park and walk the City! All are welcome, including dogs on leashes and strollers.

New York City residents and NYC Parks members come together and get moving via Walk NYC.  All are welcome to join.  Comfortable clothes and footwear required.  Stretching is highly recommended before walking.  All participants should bring water and a towel.
