In partnership with the New York Walker's Club, these clinics increase physical fitness and mental health while enjoying the scenic views of Central Park.  Led by coach Lon Wilson, each clinic includes a warm-up, cool down, and stretching.

You may use any of Parks' recreational spaces, except tennis courts, without a permit. However, if a permit holder arrives with a valid permit in hand, you must vacate the field or court. An individual must have a season permit or single-play ticket to use Parks' tennis courts.

We run year round, have weekly group runs, training runs and workshops. Our team participates in NYRR, charity and other race events as well as volunteer.
