Walk the City with a trained fitness instructor leading a group in a warm up, an exciting walk, and a cool down.

All are welcome. This walk is wheelchair accessible and an adaptive program for New Yorkers of all abilities.  It takes place outside.

You may use any of Parks' recreational spaces, except tennis courts, without a permit. However, if a permit holder arrives with a valid permit in hand, you must vacate the field or court. An individual must have a season permit or single-play ticket to use Parks' tennis courts.

J.K.O. Running is a women's running team. We welcome all women from total beginners (those who power walk, on the way the way to building up to jogging or running), advanced beginners & intermediate runners (gearing up for their first 5K, 10K or 1/2 marathon), to marathoners.
