The monthly calendar of classes and activities include pilates, yoga, total body conditioning, salsa dancing, one on one healthy lifestyle coaching, healthy cooking demonstrations, holistic health workshops, and healthy community meals. Our goal at HCHL is to make wellness practices accessible and affordable for ALL in our community and to care for the total person/family. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
