Pattabhi Jois.  Step by step and breath by breath this class will guide you through the traditional primary series (Yoga Chikitsa) established by Jois in Mysore, India and practiced all over the world today.  With consistent effort, this challenging and rewarding series helps students develop the certainty and confidence to be able to practice yoga anywhere on their own, as well as providing a steady foundation for learning new and more advanced poses
