Running group for all levels of RUNNERS! We suggest that participants are able to run at least 3 miles without stopping, but all run paces are welcome! We meet in the Lincoln Square store at 6:30 pm and head to Central Park at 6:45 pm. Runs are led by lululemon staff.

If you always wanted to run a 5k, but didn't know how to begin…this is for you. All levels can join in on this one hour run session. The various terrains around the Conference House will be utilized. When this programs over you will run a 5k! Meet at the Visitor Center.

Utilizing the beautiful terrain around the Conference House this Natural Movements class will work on the full range of natural human movements. We will strengthen our bodies and sharpen our balance by focusing on the skills of running, jumping, balancing, crawling, climbing. In addition we will be lifting, carrying, and throwing natural objects found at Conference House Park. Meet at the Visitor Center.

Running/Jogging

You may use any of Parks' recreational spaces, except tennis courts, without a permit. However, if a permit holder arrives with a valid permit in hand, you must vacate the field or court. An individual must have a season permit or single-play ticket to use Parks' tennis courts.
