Players who are overweight but have trouble running or developing skills are not helpful to the team. Moreover, overweight players are prone to health problems as they get older, especially if their activity levels decline over time. (ACSM)

Use the entire field day kit or just one or two items. We provide a variety of games and sports equipment, including basketballs, handballs, whiffle balls and bats, footballs--everything you need for an individual or group outing in the park.
No pre-registration required, bring a valid photo ID. Free.

Teen Program
Each evening, teens can partake in a variety of activities, including billiards, basketball, ping pong, cards, computer classes, and table games.
Free tournaments and sports programs, such as basketball, softball, and flag football, are made available for youth and teens during the holidays. Flyers and information will be posted accordingly.
