Due to impeding renovations, the instructor Adriana Hastings will not be teaching on May 13th and May 20th. Yoga practice is meditative movement, a training to cultivate greater focus, stability, ease, and self-control of both body and mind. Through a series of stretching exercises linked with breathing techniques, this class will guide you in developing better posture, flexibility, alignment, and strength. Though open to everyone, it is especially designed for those who may be wishing to explore yoga for the first time. This instructor is part of the NYC Parks Fitness Instructor Training Program.
