Due to impeding renovations, the instructor Adriana Hastings will not be teaching on May 13th and May 20th. Yoga practice is meditative movement, a training to cultivate greater focus, stability, ease, and self-control of both body and mind. Through a series of stretching exercises linked with breathing techniques, this class will guide you in developing better posture, flexibility, alignment, and strength.
