An active and meditative approach to yoga techniques characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. The class begins with warming up the body and then continues through a series of poses from introduction to moving smoothly through the flow. It is an energizing practice that focuses the center of your well being as a catalyst for better movement, mental clarify and a more balanced practice for the mind and body.
