‘Heart and Soul’ is an invigorating fitness dance class. Burn calories in this 60 minute fun, high-energy, and easy-to-follow dance class. It combines muscle toning exercises and fusions of African, modern and jazz movements choreographed to today's hottest inspirational music. Every class includes a 10-minute warm up, 30-minutes of dancing, 15 minutes of muscle toning and a 5 minute cool down. This instructor is part of the NYC Parks Fitness Instructor Training Program.
