Get healthier and stronger, wherever you're at!  Adaptive Health and Wellness is an accessible program.  People with cognitive or physical disabilities, as well as able-bodied New Yorkers, are welcome.  Fitness instruction is crowd-sourced and will be modified each week to suit attendees.
